Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days.
During busy periods, new releases, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information (when available).
Shipping Locations
Orders are fulfilled from two locations, depending on the destination:

United States: shipped from the US

Europe and the rest of the world: shipped from Slovenia
This helps reduce shipping times and costs whenever possible.

Delivery times may vary depending on location and postal services.
Shipping Methods
Most orders are shipped using tracked postal services when available.
Smaller items such as bookmarks or stickers may be shipped via standard letter mail.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties, customs fees, or local taxes determined by the destination country.
These charges are not included in the order total and are the responsibility of the customer.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once a package has been handed over to the postal carrier, delivery is outside our direct control.
If your order appears to be delayed or lost, please contact us, and we will do our best to assist in locating the shipment.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing a correct shipping address at checkout.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping costs to resend the package.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

A replacement item will be sent once the damage is verified.
