Returns
Due to the nature of signed books and limited merchandise, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind.
Please make sure your order details and shipping address are correct before completing your purchase.
Signed books and personalized items are not eligible for cancellation or return once the order has been processed.
EU Withdrawal Period
If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, please use the withdrawal form available on our store. We will confirm receipt of your withdrawal request by email and process your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
Please note that the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are personalised—for example, books or products customised with your name, a personal dedication, or other bespoke details.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we will gladly send a replacement.
To request a replacement, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and include:

Once verified, a replacement item will be shipped to you at no additional cost.
Lost Packages
Once an order has been shipped, delivery is handled by the postal carrier.
If your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact us and we will help investigate the issue with the carrier.
Shipping Address Errors
Customers are responsible for providing a correct shipping address at checkout.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping costs to resend the package.
